LLS TODAY — Learning Today.

More Than a School.
Preparation for Life.

An independent Tennessee secondary school for grades 7–12 where law is taught as a foundational literacy, civic systems are studied in person, and leadership is practiced — not just discussed.

LLS Today — Five Pillars

What students learn, and why it lasts.

Every course, observation day, and project at LLS is built on five commitments. Together they prepare students for college, career, citizenship, and life.

01

Law as Literacy

Constitutional, civil, and criminal law taught as a foundational literacy every student can read, question, and use.

02

Civic Immersion

Observation at Capitol Hill, courts, and research libraries — learning how public systems actually work.

03

Voice & Advocacy

Oral argument, writing, mock trial, and legislative simulation build confident, disciplined expression.

04

Academic Rigor

A track-based, standards-aligned diploma that meets and exceeds Tennessee's graduation requirements.

05

Purpose & Service

Leadership grounded in ethics, community responsibility, and a clear sense of personal direction.

Know the system. Question the system. Learn to lead within it — and to change it.

Learning Today

To Defend Tomorrow

LLS TOMORROW — To Defend Tomorrow.

A development vision for what LLS could become.

LLS TOMORROW is our long-range plan: expanded academic capacity, deeper civic partnerships, and the study of a possible residential academic campus in Tennessee where students could live, learn, and lead together.

In development — not available for enrollment

LLS TOMORROW describes a development vision, including a possible residential academic campus. Residential programming is in development and is not available for enrollment. No residential enrollment, deposits, or applications are being accepted. Current enrollment is for LLS TODAY programs only.
